Discover Clayoquot Sound on a full-day coastal adventure that blends wildlife encounters, rainforest exploration, and a soak in natural hot springs. This immersive journey takes you through one of the most spectacular marine ecosystems on Vancouver Island. Your adventure begins aboard our RHIB, navigating fjords and inlets in search of black bears, whales, sea otters, seals, and seabirds. Midday, we pause at Maquinna Provincial Park for a picnic lunch, followed by a guided interpretive rainforest walk. Then unwind in the natural geothermal pools of Hot Springs Cove. On the return journey to Tofino, there’s often time for additional wildlife viewing along the way.
- We require a minimum of 4 participants to confirm the scheduled public tour.
- Online booking requests are available up to 24 hours in advance. For last minute availability within 24 hours, please call our office or email us directly.
- We require all participants to weight 40KG (88LBS) or more. Please contact us directly if you are traveling with small children.

Waivers
To review our waiver please <<CLICK HERE>> . There are risks, dangers and hazards in all outdoor activities. Participants who are 19 years and older, must sign their own waiver. If you are a group leader or booking on behalf of another person, each participant must still must read and sign their own waiver; unless they are under the age of 19, which in that case must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. Please take the time to review our waiver prior to booking and a paper copy will be presented to you by your guide in person when you arrive for you to sign prior to departure.
Fees
Depending on which activity you book, there will be fees associated with the tour. These are added to your booking as a per person dollar value.
The Long Beach Nature Conservation Fund is to help preserve the region's delicate ecosystems which includes annual financial contributions to the Tla-o-qui-aht & Ahousaht First Nations, the Grizzly Bear Foundation which protects bears in BC from trophy hunting, and to the Clayoquot Sound Wild Salmon Fund which supports salmon enhancement, stock rebuilding and recovery initiatives as prioritized within the Clayoquot Sound Salmon Recovery Plan.
